I was on call for emergency service at our heating company. I actually do the accounting, but there's a shortage of skilled workers... The guy wasn't too happy that I came and just said that the heating was leaking. Well, that was music to my ears. And when he couldn't lay a pipe, solder my asshole shut and I still had something running, he was delighted... Heating still broken, but customer happy.
